My friend says her bowels are pure blood, besides telling her to go to the doctor, what can i suggest to make it better? food or cheese?

She needs a doctor: Unfortunately, food or cheese will not improve bowels that are "pure blood." she could have a bleeding hemorrhoid, in which case keeping stools soft and hydrated may help. The more worrisome possible causes are farther up in the bowel, and do need to be investigated by a physician as soon as possible. Sorry.
