Pallor: Pallor comes from the word pale, and means exactly that - your skin gets very white and pale, like there is no blood flow to it, what is what you need to worry about in the event of thrombosis. No pulse means you can't feel your heart beat in that particular artery - the radial one is the pulse you feel at your wrist on the thumb side.
