Please see your gyn: No otc will help that and u need a proper workup to determine the cause and to make sure u have nothing that would require any type of surgery like a fibroid or an endometrial polyp, etc, and once u have had a proper workup by your gyn and if u don't need any type of surgery, your gyn can get u on the proper treatment to make your periods have less blood loss.
