I've had my period for 17 days now straight, it started out kind of like spotting then it got heavy now it's back to being light. any ideas why? should i go see a doctor?

Menses: It is not normal to have menstrual bleeding for longer than a week. Do recommend that you see your physician to help determine the cause of your prolonged bleeding.
