Unrelated: This is most likely unrelated, unless of course you had a transvaginal approach at one of the few centers in the us doing it this way. Stress of anesthesia and surgery could disrupt regular menstrual cycles. I you think something is wrong however, call your surgeon or primary care - they'll take the call. Best of luck.
