Call your surgeon: It could be s small collection of blood or fluid under the skin, or the sutures on the inside may have pulled through the tissue causing a "hernia". Usually when stitches pull through tissue this early after an operation we call it a "dehiscence". In any case, you need to be seen by your surgeon in the office today.

Get it checked...: Assuming it was laparoscopic, most surgeons close the muscle/fascia at the incision near the belly button, but heavy straining could cause it to pop open and form a hernia. But other things can cause pain, bleeding, and swelling: infection, minor bleeding under skin, normal post-op swelling. Best option is to see the surgeon to check it out promptly.
