Unlikely & no specif: At 26 wks your baby has gone thru formation of all body parts including the brain & is coasting along gaining weight & finishing out fine details like lung maturity. Colds differ from many illnesses by not getting into your blood like the flu.Cold virus tends to live on the airway surface like weeds in a lawn causing irritation & mucous fow.It doesn't attack baby.Rest & heal, this should be ok.
