Cold: Hi, rest, plenty of fluid, hot tea and soups and you can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) if needed, if you are not better in a day or two and develop high fever please see a doctor.

Sinus rinse: If you are pregnant it is best to not take any medication (prescribed or over the counter) unless ok'd by your OB. That being said, it is perfectly fine to treat the nasal congestion with a saline sinus rinse/neti pot. Tylenol/acetaminophen is safe if you have fever/bodyaches. Chicken soup can help loosen phlegm as can the steam from a shower. If you are not getting better after a wk see your Dr!
