A couple of cycles: Depends on your medicine's half life, or how long it is in your body. When you take a medicine, it's levels in your blood begins to rise than falls. Half life is how long it takes to be 1/2 of cincentration.Drug that last 24h takes 4 x that to reach steady stat where amount taken is amount eliminated (5th day). So, thereafter you would feel effects of being off medicine.
