Possible: Anything you put into your mouth can have an effect on your teeth. Especially medication. Acid reflux definitely affects your teeth and you should see your doctor for medication. You can also take Fluoride treatment and other treatments but you need to go to the dentist to be evaluated.

?sleep apnea: Do you mean your acid reflux is worse when you go to bed or during the night while in bed? If it is worse during sleep, then obstructive sleep apnea may be a cause and you need to see a dentist who is trained in dental sleep medicine.
