May be PAD: You need to get examined. Peripheral arterial disease (pad) is a disease that can cause inefficient flow of blood to the limbs and can present it's first signs with symptoms of claudication (pain with activity). Although your pain may be also nerve related, like sciatica - consider getting the circulation checked too. Go to the doc!

Back + Front : Sometimes the spinal cord can have abnormal pressure. This abnormal pressures from the spine on the cord can cause conditions such as sciatica and radiculopathy. When you stand pressures from gravity and bodyweight can squeeze those nerve endings and cause the pain to exacerbate. You may need spinal x-ray films taken and consult your primary care physician or your chiropractic.
