Pregnancy and pain: It sounds as if you conceived with some type of assisted reproduction since you had twins. If you had ivf and more than 2 embryos were transferred or you underwent ovarian stimulation with medications, you could have a heterotopic pregnancy (pregnancy in the uterus and in the tube as well). It may also be due to the treatment as well. You should be monitored carefully to make sure all is well.
