Vomiting,diarrhea: Headache preceding vomiting and diarrhea favors a diagnosis of gastrointestinal viral infection rather than food poisoning. Either way, Treatment is resting, drinking adequate fluids, avoiding harsh roughage,greasy and spicy foods,and checking with your obstetrician if not gradually improving. Avoiding dehydration and not ignoring high fever or abdominal pain is important.
