See your are : Receiving behavioral tx for bipolar disorder w fatigue. I don't see any psyche medications listed. If you have active suicidal thoughts that you may act on please be seen at the nearest emergency room. If less acute, please make sure that your are working with a good psychiatrist to optomize your medications. Hopefully you are working with a therapist skilled in transgender issues. Take care.
