After progestin injection and very high amount of progestin pills for 3 weeks, i passed 1 inch thick endo lining. why did it not thin out my lining?

Hyperplasia: I agree that after high does of progestins the endometrium should be suppressed, unless it was very thick already at the time the progestins were started, or what was passed was an early non-viable pregnancy.
