A member asked:

When eliminating a food you think you might be allergic too, how long does it take to start seeing results?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different timings: There are different timings of allergic reactions by your body. Some are immediate reactions within minutes of ingestion or exposure to an allergen. Some are delayed reactions, and these can happen even weeks after exposure. Depending on what the type of reaction you are having is, you can see results almost immediately after stopping the offender, or it may take weeks for symptoms to settle down.
