Internal scar tissue: Dont present as lumps. You didnt state where exactly is the lump. If its at the site of incisio. Then it could be an incisional hernia. Bruising may or may not be related to it. If the lump is tender to touch now then you need to contact your physician soon as it may be an incarcerated hernia. If its soft, and non tender then you can follow up with your physician to further assess it.
