Breast lift=mastopex: Internal breast lift can refer to many things, but basically means that breast gland is raised on the inside using sutures or even a mesh. They are usually done with an incision around the areola so that the scar is well hidden.; but may need other incisions, make sure you discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon

One variation: There is a variation of the breast lift called the benelli modification which essentially takes a wedge out of the breast, closing the gap will "cone" the breast - and create a mild lifting effect and reduce lower breast heaviness. However it does little to reposition the nipple and therefore is limited in its usefulness. This is commonly combined with an implant in the usa.

Varies...: There are many different terms, often confusing, used to describe surgical procedures. Sometimes these terms vary depending on the practitioner using the terms; sometimes it is used for marketing purposes. Best to seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss your goals and surgical options. Otherwise, semantics can be confusing or misleading. Best wishes.

Ini-Breast lift. Yes: Yes. By definition all the breast lifts have an internal reshaping or lift as a component of the procedure along with the skin reshaping. For example, reshaping by incising and 'double breasting' (yes it is a term, plastic surgeons use), suture reshaping, mesh placements, splitting muscle and passing a tongue of tissue to augment the upper pole are different techniques used so talk to your md.
