After Kids: Your best option for a breast lift is to wait until you are finished with pregnancies. With each pregnancy, your breasts enlarge, you may or may not nurse your child, and there is some resulting drooping and involution/volume loss. If you wait until that process is complete, your surgical result will last longer and have a better overall result.

Hi. I recommend waiting to have a breast lift until you are done having children, as the results may be affected by the physical changes that occur during pregnancy. You can always undergo revision surgery in case of pregnancy, though it must be emphasized that a breast lift does not affect your ability to be pregnant and poses no risk to you or your baby.
