Unsure: If it is the first time this happened it is hard to know what it means. If it is a repeat event that is different. If you are concerned check a pregnant test to know for sure. If it continues each month it is likely worth an evaluation for a change in your period.

Red blood: Implantation bleeding would mean you are pregnant. To rule pregnancy and implantation bleeding out, do pregnancy test. If negative, then just wait for another period and chances are it will be normal.
