Terminal dysuria: End urination pain can have many causes with infection being the most common. Hopefully your doc ruled out infection w/a ua & culture & pelvic xm. Other causes: hsv urethritis, loss of synchrony in bladder/ sphincter, bladder neck obstruction, a diverticula (outpouching) in the ureter, prolapse bladder, uterus/rectum, urethral/bladder polyps, cervix/ uterus/ bowel probs. Urogynecologist in oder.
