Look at your pee: How much water a woman should consume in pregnancy can be tricky. It depends on your metabolism, the temperature of your environment, your exercise or activity level and your genes. I tell women to drink until their pee is clear. If your pee is clear, you're likely well hydrated. If it's yellow and has odor to it, drink more. It's a more accurate way of determining hydration.
