Corynabcterium: It means that if the corynebacterium that is found in the wound culture is causing the wound infection together with MRSA and if it is sensitive to clindamycin, Clindamycin would interfere with the growth of this bacteria in the wound; corynebacteria can cause skin infection, aslo can cause dipthteria ( throat infection caused by corynebacterium diphtheriae) etc...
