Maybe: Best test for ovulation is a blood Progesterone level of > 3 ng/ml. Other than pregnancy (which is proof positive) the other tests are less specific. I think that bbts are kinda cruel so rarely suggest that my patients do them. Opks have been shown to only increase patient anxiety and not improve chance of pregnancy. So for patients with regular cycles i suggest sex on cyclec days 10/12/14/16.
