Yes: If you are 5 days late for your menstrual cycle, i would definitely take a pregnancy test. Sometimes one can have increased gas just before a period, and sometimes one can have increased gas when they are pregnant, so a urine test will surely give you your answer. Fingers crossed for you!

Clomid (clomiphene) - (OHSS): Start with a pregnancy test. I assume that you had a complete infertility work up by your fertility physician to rule out other causes of infertility. Clomid (clomiphene) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that increases production of hormones that stimulate ovulation by inhibiting negative feedback on the hypothalamus. You mention ‘gas’ makes me think about potential side effects of clomid/(ohss).
