PCP gave me a B12 shot. Since getting, I feel so lethargic and tired. Is this normal? Seems counterintuitive.
Will most pcp test any blood values you request? Or would the patient have to show symptoms? For example could i get B12 and zinc levels checked?
PCP performed general lab work. The results showed high ANA (1:1280) RNP (8) CRP (18) and sed rate (90), low Vit D and B12. I have no symptoms other than mild Raynauds. Is this indicative of Autoimmune disease now or in future?
1.5 yr of neuro sx. MRI, EMG, neuro workup clear. Slightly low B12 at 384 pg. PCP said I could do daily cyano shots to see if sx clear. Some have, others persist. Could 1 yr of daily b12 shots be harmful? Worried it could somehow increase cancer risk?
Can I take a b12 shot with irregular heart beat ? Can my pcp prescribe it or rhumathologist ?
