Ice down see doc: There are many causes of pain after sport activity. They range from poor conditioning/training , to inappropriate shoe wear to internal derangements of the ankle. Icing down after a pain provoking activity is usually helpful, but seeing a sports medicine doctor or foot and ankle specialist is necessary to rule more serious problems.

At your age: At your age, there could be many reasons that cause reoccuring ankle pain, but the key is to treat the "cause" of the pain and not just the pain itself. I agree with previous posts and those all could be etiologies of your pain. It's better to get it checked out if self treatment fails. Best of luck.
