Scar removal: Generally, you're stuck with your scars. Putting on vitamin e, aloe vera, and cortisone cream can help to soften them and reduce their size a bit, but won't get rid of them. Plastic surgery is really the only method that gets rid of them, and is usually not covered by your insurance, if it is just for "cosmetic" reasons.
