Forgive my frankness: There's a lot of stuff that's just not true written about hair growth, baldness, and "blood circulation." the folks who write it are either self-deceived or are simply trying to make money by appearing caring and learned. If you have hair loss issues, get with a dermatologist if it's not male-pattern baldness, with a hair-restoration specialist if it is, or consider the "fit bald-headed man" image.

Healthy hair: For healthy hair growth: Get adequate sleep, avoid excess sugar & fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts) & vitamin E (fruits & vegetables). Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos). Avoid excessive blow dry heat.
