Well, maybe . . .: You might have ocd if you have dominating and intrusive thoughts that cause a lot of anxiety, and then you repeat behaviors (e.g., hand washing, ordering, etc.) in order to prevent or reduce distress. But, there is more than this to an actual diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Your psychiatrist/psychologist can help.

OCD: It is certainly possible but it would most helpful if you explored your anxiety in psychotherapy weekly with a clinician who specializes in treating ocd. It is quite likely you can be helped to lessen the drive to act compulsively. Best wishes.
