UTI: Cranberry no help in double blinded studies. Work on high urine output (2l/day)and timed voiding every 2 hrs, also try and maintain soft daily stools. If this doesn't keep the sxs away after a 2-3 week period then see a urologist to rule out other causes. Sometimes it takes a period of prev. Abx to fully heal the bladder and re-grow it's protective membrane.
