Vomiting: Persistent vomiting in 1 year old is potentially serious as it can be associated with dehydration and underlying serious gastrointestinal problems. Increase gas on x-ray is not specific to any cause but the pattern of the gas can be important. Re-evaluation if vomiting continues is necessary.
