...See the PCP: 33 y/o Female says, Yesterday I started getting sharp pains like if I had gas. It is radiating into my back. I have diarrhea with it and vomiting green bile now. It is possible you ate/drank something that is contaminated /causing indigestion. Any Peptic Ulcer history? Gall bladder could also be the issue with green bile vomiting. If symptoms persist it might be a good idea to see the PCP
