See below: You have to give medications adequate time to respond and medications have to adjusted over time. Unfortunately we do not have a test yet to predict which medications a patient will best respond, but some are in development. Continue to follow with your rheumatologist, but one thing in your favor is that you never smoked so you have better chance of achieving disease control.
