See details: The value of 250 is marked elevated and considered a very positive test. Values above that level do not mean anything more. Positive is positive and higher values do not correlate with disease activity.

250 is usually high: Different labs have different scales, but 250 is the highest my lab (quest) even goes. That is a high result in any lab and strongly suggests ra.
