Visceral fat...: Visceral (abdominal) fat is associated with deleterious health consequences. There is no such thing as spot reduction so you must expend more calories than you are taking in to melt away the fat. Avoid processed foods, saturated fats. Consume smaller portions of food and boost your activity -- moving, walking, exercising. Avoid sitting for prolonged periods of time. Good luck!
