Maybe: If the homeopath is well-trained, experienced, and prudent, s/he may well be able to help you. Please realize that a skilled homeopath will be working with your whole state, not pathological diagnoses. S/he will seek to understand your experience of all your symptoms most of all, in order to prescribe the most well-matched homeopathic medicine. Progress will likely be gradual, but observable.

In some cases,: a long list of chronic problems may suggest at least some have a psychological basis. Homeopathy is a placebo with no active ingredients. But, placebos may help some cases where state of mind plays a strong role in symptoms. This is true even when patients know they are taking a placebo! But, homeopathy is totally ineffective for any physical causes. That will require real medical care.
