My boyfriend has a lump on his left upper arm. he has went to several physiotherapists and lately a homeopath therapist however none have been able to assist. it causes him a great deal of pain and wakes him up in the middle of night. please advise?

Lump on arm: This man needs to see his doctor for an exam and possible referral to a specialist. Once a diagnosis is made the appropriate treatment can be given.

Can't he go to an MD: Primary doctor can help evaluating the case and possibly refer to a relevant specialist, eg, a surgeon or an orthopod, good luck
