Testicular Trauma: I believe you need to be seen. One may need an ultrasound and at the very least a blood test to measure your testosterone level. I would be curious as to if your erectile processes are working; if you can get and maintain an erection. One testicle in the scrotum will always be bigger than the other: one is the dominant one and one is the back up. But, please get to your physician soon.
