No, usually...: No. The "testicular" infection as stated is usually just chlamydia- or uti-related epididymitis. So, most and most of times, it would not affect your t-level. In fact, one testis is enough to supply testosterone as that in men after testis removal for testicular cancer. For detail, see and talk with doc timely.
