No problem!: The amount of testosterone produced by the testes is regulated by other hormones (gonadotropins) secreted by the pituitary gland. There is a large reserve; one tenth the normal amount of testicular tissue is plenty to produce normal testosterone amounts. So even losing an entire testicle doesn't change testosterone levels, and the scarring from your epididymitis or orchitis shouldn't be a problem.
