Pain=Help!: If you are having pain, your body needs help. If you are having plantar fascitis pain, the diagnosis tells you that the tissue under foot is inflamed and needs to be turned off. Inflammation is the key. Once you turn off this process via anti-inflammatory meds(oral or injection) you can treat the cause of the problem, which can be a tight achilles tendon/plantar fascia. No stretch til pain=0.
