Different things: It might be gastritis, gallstones, peptic ulcer disease, etc. See you md for evaluation.

See physician: Greasy foods cause of stomach pain, often associated with gallbladder issues..Gallstones and sludge can produce gall bladder difficulties.Inflammation of gall bladder is cholecystitis.Non-specific symptoms include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, bloating and belching following a meal high in fat. More specific right upper abd. Pain.Hida test is usually performed to assess gall bladder function.
