At age 20: Gastritis or Gastric ulcer is a possibility. You need evaluation and will probably have to see a GASTROENTEROLOGIST who can diagnose your condition with a gastroscope! Your Primary Care Doctor may advise this or order an Upper GI XRAY. Hope this helps...good luck!\ DR Z
