Have dissolvable suture inside my left side of my mouth and i feel that the excess suture is sticking to my inner skin/flesh near where i have suture?

How old is it?: If it is just a tail from the suture, could trim it with small scissor. If recently placed, could also call dr who placed it for check / trim vs removal. It will eventually go away on its own, but can be months in some folks & can be annoying while there.
