Irregular skull: Best to see a cranio facial surgery to obtain a cranial scan. Irregular shaped skulls or craniums can be corrected in a difficult operation.

Possible lymph nodes: It is very strange that the same lump that you are palpating is moving such a far distance in your scalp. Are you sure it is not two different lumps? It could be lymph nodes and they can be appearing in different locations. It might also be lipomas(fat benign tumors). Make an appointment with your doctor for formal exam and diagnosis.

No worries: Not sure how to explain your symptoms. But unless you also have severe headaches, change in your vision, weakness or strange feelings in an arm or leg, fever, nausea or seizures, or you use street drugs, you'll probably be ok. If any of those things, then see a doctor.

Time to see the Dr.: With such symptoms, that are a bit vague, one has to get a calendar (find a free calendar online) and write down the various symptoms he has, when they occur, what the symptoms interfere with, what makes symptoms worse, what makes symptoms better, what activities are done each day, what foods are eaten each day... and bring the diary to his doctor for an evaluation. If a bad headache, ER can help.
