Can a inner ear problem cause you to have warm sensations on the left side of your head and or spasm's?

Inner Ear/Sensations: Warm sensations with spasms do not suggest to me a simple inner ear problem unless it is associated with dizziness and ringing in the ear. I would have a doctor take a look and do an MRI to see if there is another reason for the spasm. I would be concerned about other neurological problems because of the spasms.
