See ENT doc: i recommend you see ENT doc. Systemic diseases would be most unlikely to cause unilateral thumping sounds. A multitude of ear diseases could. Pregnancy would not obviate need for this evaluation—and you're certainly less busy now than you will be after childbirth!

Get checked: A lot of issues can cause what are describing. Best to have a complete physical year neck throat head. Only then can we get a few more answers.. Good luck.
