Fibroids : Are very common. These do not sound very large or out of the ordinary. There are many approaches depending on preference of the gyn doctor and the specifics of your case. Endometrial biopsy might be a good choice to determine if the bleeding is due to estrogen withdrawl (premenopausal hormone changes). This may be hormone responsive. I would not worry about the fibroids unless they are growin.
