55 yo lmp 9/15/21. skip 3 mos, got period last wk 12/23. stripe 9.7 mm on 12/4/21 & now during period (1/3/22) had 2nd tvus & stripe 8.5 mm, but still menstruating at time. period has slowed. fibroids largest 7.4 cm. stripe too thick? hyperplasia?

You are obviously seeing a gynecologist and your specific question is not obvious. You probably know fibroid is common at this age and also menopause. You may want to ask your specific question clearly so an expert in that area may clarify your concern. It looks like a wait and see strategy may be applied vs surgical intervention.
